Chelsea truly excelled whilst studying a BA (Hons) in Music Business at BIMM Brighton. Aside from her degree studies and independent business ventures, Chelsea actively engaged with the local and wider music scenes by getting heavily involved with our festival program and fulfilling important backstage roles at 2000 Trees, Truck festival and the Great Escape.
Since completing her course, Chelsea has been busy putting her own stamp on the music industry. She founded her own artist management and promotions company RIXSON MUSIC – which champions and encourages the roles of women in the industry (both onstage and behind the scenes) with regular live events.
Chelsea is also Managing Director of the Brighton Music Office, the main functions of which include monitoring the city’s music economy, connecting people within the Brighton scene by providing a central point of contact for the city’s industry professionals and providing comprehensive live event listings.
