Yolanda Charles Masterclass

Session bass player Yolanda Charles and drummer Troy Miller visited BIMM Manchester for a truly inspiring masterclass.

“The masterclass on Friday with the amazing Yolanda Charles was massively beneficial to me as a musician in terms of working with fellow musicians to create exciting and different music. Yolanda gave some great advice on working as a session musician in the industry and also how to get noticed as an employable player. Along with drummer Troy Miller, she showed us the level of playing and passion it takes to be a working musician in today’s industry.

I would recommend these masterclasses to everyone at BIMM, regardless of what course you’re studying. It’s amazing that we have the opportunity to not only have the advice available from our lecturers at BIMM but also the chance to hear from other experienced professionals working in the industry.
