BIMM London lecturer tours with Spice Girls

BIMM Institute lecturers Dave Troke recently scored big by securing a session gig with none other than multi-platinum selling artists and iconic pop group, the Spice Girls!

The BIMM London bass guitar lecturer’s previous session gigs have seen him performing and recording with other high profile stars such as The Overtones, Charlotte Church, Josh Groban, Tulisa, Donna Summer, Andrea Bocelli, Nitin Sawhney, the James Taylor Quartet and The Noisettes.

This upcoming Spice World UK tour however, could potentially be one of his biggest yet, with numerous stadium dates this summer, including Dublin, Cardiff, Manchester, Conventry, Sunderland, Edinburgh and Bristol; culminating with three dates at London’s iconic Wembley stadium!

Dave will soon join pop megastars Mel B, Mel C, Geri, Emma and the rest of the band to begin rehearsals for the upcoming tour. He spoke of his excitement of performing alongside his fellow band mates.

“I’m over the moon to be playing the biggest venues with the biggest Pop band but most importantly, with my best mates. It doesn’t get much better than that.”
