At BIMM we’re determined to offer our students exceptionally good value for money. All BIMM three-year undergraduate degree courses are priced at £7,250 per year for UK and EU students, £2,000 less than many UK universities.
They’re also fully accredited so, if eligible, you can apply to the Student Loans Company for a £6,165* tuition fee loan. The remaining £1,085 of Higher Education course fees would need to be paid by the student before 15th August 2018.
Students from Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales should select the appropriate link for finance:
Northern Ireland: studentfinanceni.co.uk
If you are using a student loan to fund your tuition fee and are unable to pay the shortfall as a lump sum, you can access one of our new payment plans.
How our payment plans work
Your student loan shortfall is £1,085. Therefore:
- Your plan total will be £1,085
- £485 of that is to be paid before 15th August 2018, which leaves £600.
- The remaining £700 will be paid in 3 termly instalments of £200 from 1st October 2018.
Please note: where fees are paid privately or the balance of the student loan shortfall is higher than £1,085, a payment plan will not be available.
Further information on how the plan works can be found in our Finance Information Pack.
EU students may be able to get a student loan to cover tuition costs. If you’re an EU student, information on how to apply can be found at: direct.gov.uk/studentfinance (please select ’students from other EU countries’).
If you are an EU student applying to our UK colleges, see our update on Brexit.
Table of Fees
Please note, students who are from countries within the European Economic Area (EEA) and not from a country formally within the European Union (EU) will not be eligible for the UK & EU fee and be asked to pay the Non-EU fee.
*For students to be eligible for SLC funding, they must be studying a designated course. Courses at BIMM Institute are designated each year by the Department for Education. We have made an application for our courses to also be designated for the 2018-19 academic year. We expect this process to be completed in early 2018. Visit www.hefce.ac.uk/reg/desig/cdforstudents for more information.
Please be advised that a minimum level of essential equipment is required to start your studies with BIMM. To see what that is for your course, please have a read of the BIMM Essential Equipment Guide.
