Gregori left a small surfer town in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa to expand his musical horizons. Greg studied Music at The University of West London where he was awarded ‘Bass Guitarist of the Year’ while on the Diploma course, and he’s also since completed a BMus (Hons).
He’s now a bassist in the UK for acts including Rick Astley, Marcus Foster and Noush Skaugen, and has performed on stage at many of Europe’s most prestigious venues and festivals. On top of recording with many artists, Greg has also featured on TV and radio for both the BBC and ITV, as well as playing in musical theatre. He’s a member of Gospelchops.com – a revolutionary website which gives free gospel music lessons online. Greg also plays and studies double bass, and fronts his own group – The Gregori Hofmann Trio.
