Information for parents and guardians
For most of our new students, starting life at BIMM will be their biggest and most exciting challenge yet. As their parent or guardian, you’ve probably got a lot of questions you want to ask us in order to help them make an informed choice about what or where to study.
This page is specially designed to provide you with answers to some of those more common questions. In particular, you’ll find information about fees and finance, accommodation, the quality of education our students receive, how BIMM Music Institute prepares our students for a successful career in music, and any support that’s available.
Everything we do at BIMM is focused on helping our students obtain a successful and sustainable long-term career in the music and creative industries.
BIMM is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic and vocational excellence in modern music education.
Each one of our lecturers is still active and working in the music business, meaning they bring with them current industry experience and knowledge which they’re pleased to pass directly onto our students.
We’re dedicated to giving our students the best value music education possible.
From a handy UCAS application guide and details of the assessment process, to financial and accommodation information packs.
Our Student Services team is committed to making your son or daughter’s transition to their new place of study as smooth as possible.
