Rory Doyle has been playing drums and performing live regularly since his teens. He studied at Newpark Music School where he received a certificate in Professional Music Training.
In 1998 Rory joined the Walls with brothers Joe & Steve and to date he has recorded 3 studio albums with the band. He has performed on some of the world’s biggest stages including Croke Park, Slane Castle and numerous festivals, playing on the same bill as U2, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Crowded House and Bob Dylan. His TV performances include the Late Show with Dave Letterman, performing with Bell X1. Rory has also gained vast live and recording experience playing with Fionn Regan, Bronagh Gallagher, Thomas Walsh (Pugwash,) Neil Hannon, Duncan Maitland, Lisa Hannigan and he currently plays drums for both The Walls and Bell X1.
