Richard Boucher - Bass player with Funeral For A Friend. These guys have been touring none stop! A relentless schedule of dates around the globe. We caught up with them back in the Autumn for a Meet + Greet before their sold out O2 academy show here in Bristol. Rich took a bunch of BIMM Bristol students around the stage and introduced them to his equipment set up and all of the guys in the band, before letting us watch soundcheck and giving us all AAA passes for the show (legend). He kindly agreed to come in for a masterclass once they had finished thier tour dates and returned to the studio. We tracked him down and reminded him of his promise and he joined us on the 09th of February '12. Rich talked through the new reocrd and how the band has been writing and recording for the latest album. He then took time to play through examples of the new tracks and performed some classic FFAF tracks ('High Castles' and 'Sixteen') with BIMM Students filling in the role of lead guitar and drums.
