Preston's drumming career has led him to work with artists such as James Hunter, Van Morrison, Viola Wills, Bap Kennedy, Camille O'Sullivan, and Astrid Williamson. Originally from New Zealand, Preston now resides on the South Coast of England where he has established himself as one of the south's most in-demand teachers. He's also an expert drum builder, his company Tiki Drums making some of the country's finest bespoke kits.
