Dex's career in artist management and A&R has seen him work with such luminaries as Simon Napier Bell and Chris Blackwell. He is the manager of South Central, who've recorded for Regal (EMI), Young Turks (XL) and remixed over 20 top acts. They've also toured with the Prodigy, Pendulum and The Whip. South Central has provided music for a number of top line video game titles and brand name commercials.
