Lamb’s Lou Rhodes Songwriting Masterclass

Lamb vocalist and songwriter plus a Mercury nominated solo artist Lou Rhodes gave an intimate performance and talk on her songwriting process. With 3 solo albums, 4 Lamb albums and 3 remixed albums under her belt, Lou had a great deal of knowledge to share in the masterclass.

She spoke to our musicians about her quest for authenticity in her music. Lou mentioned how folk roots have inspired her latest and critically acclaimed solo album, One Good Thing (Ninja Tune). She also had stressed the need for truth and imagination in lyric writing.
