When applying for a BIMM Brighton course through UCAS you will need to enter our Institution Code - B39 and the Brighton Campus Code - N.

If you are applying to one of our performance-based courses and are a UK-based student we will expect you to attend BIMM for an audition and assessment.  If you wish to visit us and be assessed before you submit your UCAS application this can be arranged by contacting our admissions team directly on 08442 646666, emailing [email protected] or by filling in the form below.

Music Production Courses

For all Music Production Courses you should also apply through UCAS and will be required to submit a digital portfolio.  Details on how to upload your digital portfolio are available in the Music Production Courses section of our website.

Personal Statement

You must include a personal statement with your UCAS application. There is a video guide to writing a personal statement on the UCAS website.
Please write your statement as a word document so that you can check your spelling and grammar and then simply copy and paste it into the personal statement section on your UCAS application. There is a maximum of 4000 characters. Please use paragraphs with your statement as this makes it clearer to read. We advise that you keep a copy of your personal statement.
